As a project manager with us, you will play a key role for our clients in planning, leading, and following up on projects across various parts of the energy system – from heat production and electricity distribution to nuclear power and other energy infrastructure. You ensure that projects are executed in line with technical requirements, regulations, and business goals, focusing on quality, coordination, and results.

Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support an effective transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, for example:

  • Leading and coordinating construction projects within nuclear power, energy, and other regulated industries.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, regulations, technical requirements, and quality standards.

  • Contract management

  • Driving improvement work and optimizing processes.

  • Coordinating stakeholders such as engineers, authorities, and contractors.

  • Following up and reporting project status against goals, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who is communicative and outgoing and enjoys collaborating and building strong relationships. You are driven to solve problems and create order. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have:

  • A degree in civil or industrial engineering in construction, mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or another relevant field. Alternatively, equivalent competence through work experience.

  • Experience in contract law, such as ABT 06, AB 04, and ABK 09, as well as practical experience working with AMA.

  • BAS-P/BAS-U training or equivalent competence in workplace coordination.

  • Experience from a regulated industry, such as energy, nuclear power, process industry, or similar.

  • At least 3 years of experience leading construction or facility projects within energy or process-related environments.

  • Preferred: ESA training or knowledge of the safety requirements in the electricity distribution industry.

  • Preferred: Experience as a Control Responsible (KA) according to PBL.

  • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Practical information This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office in Stockholm, Hagaplan 4. Travel may be required to our clients. Start date is according to agreement.
